Last weekend I was supposed to be in Ahmedabad for an important meeting. Since it was a sudden yet urgent plan and a weekend, my head asked me to book a hotel for myself. He asked me to keep the receipts for reimbursement which sounded fine to me. So I went online looking for good hotel deals in Ahmedabad. I was confused with what hotel to book so I called up a colleague and asked for suggestions. She told me to search for Lemon Tree Hotel Ahmedabad as it gave this amazing business package.
I pounced on the hotel website as soon as I got to know of it. On surfing a bit, I found they were really giving a nice deal. They were offering a complimentary one way airport transfer which most hotels weren’t giving, one major meal at their restaurant ‘Citrus’, complimentary breakfast buffet and free Wi-Fi services. Other hotels in the proximity were all charging a minimum of 500rupees for Wi-Fi. I immediately signed myself up and booked a room. When I reached Ahmedabad, a chauffeur waited for me, who then drove me to hotel. The hotel is beautifully built and is very clean. The people at reception were very polite enough to escort me to my room. I jumped on the bed as soon as I entered, it was plush and tidy. I enjoyed my meals there and housekeeping did their jobs perfectly. I would want to go to the hotel again if I ever visit Ahmedabad.
